Is Steampunk Victorian Post

Steampunk is a genre of alternative history, science fiction, or fantasy that incorporates technology and steam-powered machinery. The Victorian era and the era that came before it are considered to be a golden age for Steampunk. In the 19th century, many Western societies embarked on an Industrial Revolution. Despite its potential dangers, this revolution had major advantages. It gave ordinary citizens access to affordable goods. It also led to great progress in fields such as chemistry, physics and engineering. The cost of modern machinery was much lower than today too. And with the advent of electricity, it became possible for machines to run without using up vast amounts of fuel resources. To a certain extent, we are still living the effects of this industrial revolution today.
Futuristic inventions have made their way into our daily lives in more ways than one. For instance, computers have become an integral part of our lives so much so that they’re almost invisible! Our smartphones can do almost everything from accessing the internet to taking photographs and sending messages while also acting as a calculator or music player! They’ve also greatly influenced fashion with most people wearing some form of clothing or accessory with electronics incorporated inside it!

Why do we write about steampunk?

Steampunk is a genre that has gained a lot of traction in recent years. It’s one of those rare genres that can be enjoyed by readers of any age and it’s also one that doesn’t take itself too seriously either. Wrapping It Up

The Victorian era was a time of great change. Before the Industrial Revolution, people had to rely on nature for their transportation and electricity. But in the 19th century, there was an explosion of technological innovation that led to a great deal of social, cultural and economic progress. Steampunk is as much about preserving this heritage as it is about innovating with these so-called “Victorian” technologies.
